DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Curriculum development:
To develop series of English curriculum.
2. Teachers Training:
To Train the teachers to implement the curriculum as per the requirement, to set up a benchmark to monitor and assess the performance of the teachers regularly.
1. Strong understanding and insight in the second language acquisition theory and practice
2. Minimum 2 year’s principal experience in US,Canada,UK Native English speaker with at least 8 years kindergarten working experience.
3. Very good problem analysis and solving skills
4. Degree in education or closely related subjectTYPE OF KNOWLEDGE BASE PREFERRED
1. Knowledge of kinds of latest teaching technology and tools
2. Knowledge of China culture
3. Knowledge of latest oral English curriculum solutions
4. Knowledge of benchmark for oral English teaching and student level test/assessment
1. Self motivated and proactive thinking
2. Ability to work well within a team
3. Good communication skills, ability to build working relationships with coworkers within and outside of the department.
4. Motivated by business challenges, with a strong desire to deliver quality results on time
5. Good written and oral English skills
SALARY RANGE: 25000-32000RMB or 4000-5000USD
