The candidate only needs to send the school the materials. School will handle all the rest.
At what point is the school, accommodation, meals, internet etc confirmed with me and will we always get photographs in advance?
Usually shortly after our clients sign contract with the school, we will have this information, and the candidates can know it during the interview or some occasions afterwards.
